Jeanne M Stiefel

Ms. Stiefel has been engaged in the practice of public finance law since 1986. She has extensive experience as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, borrower's counsel and trustee's counsel in a wide range of public finance transactions, with a particular expertise in healthcare financings for hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and continuing care retirement communities. Ms. Stiefel also practices healthcare law with expertise in counseling healthcare providers regarding certificate of need and licensure matters. She also provides regulatory representation in connection with obtaining certificates of authority to develop and operate continuing care retirement communities. Ms. Stiefel has presented seminars on development and financing issues for a variety of senior housing projects.
