David Richard Dahan

Mr. Dahan focuses his practice on commercial transactions and litigation. He represents all types of businesses in various industries. With respect to construction litigation, Mr. Dahan represents owners and community associations in an array of construction defects and claims. Moreover, he represents parties involving claims that arise in the course of vendors providing maintenance or repairs. Mr. Dahan has successfully represented community associations in recovering millions of dollars related to the improper installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. He has also successfully represented an owner in connection with the improper installation of pilings to support a vacation home mostly over water. Mr. Dahan represents executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in connection with will contests and estate/trust disputes. Mr. Dahan is skilled in aggressively representing his clients in this area while knowing how to handle the various personalities of litigants in these emotionally charged matters to obtain the most effective and efficient result for his 2008, he was selected by the business publication NJBIZ to receive its "Forty Under 40" award.
