Daniel Zachariah

Daniel Zachariah attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated with Honors, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Administration of Justice and Religious Studies. He subsequently went to Temple University's Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. During law school, Daniel served as a judicial clerk with the First Judicial District in Philadelphia, along with four other positions in offices across the country.

Daniel has worked with the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office, the Office of Defense Services in Delaware, the Montgomery County Public Defender in Pennsylvania, and the Philadelphia Defender's Association. These undertakings have given him valuable experience in various fields, including DNA and forensics in criminal cases, cyber security and mapping, capital cases, juvenile law, and cash bail reform. Likewise, his experiences have allowed him to deal with cases involving abuse, divorce, and custodial issues in the courtroom.

Daniel is licensed to practice in all Municipal, Administrative, State, and Federal Courts in New Jersey. He works primarily in Criminal, Family, Civil Rights, Funeral Industry Defense (Funeral Directors, Morticians, Professionals, and Facilities), and Personal Injury. Daniel is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Lawyers Guild, and the National Police Accountability Project.
