Victoria is a seasoned professional who has dedicated her time to ensure that all residents and families she encounters are represented for their best interest. Victoria spent hours listening to me, researching and advocating for my husband who coul...d not represent himself. Respect and caring were the outstanding characteristics of Victoria Schall. Victoria gave me the strength to continually present my concerns and she helped me clarify the deviation from accepted practice in the care of my dear husband through a home health care company. She was always knowledgeable, always supportive and strong in her recognition of where the responsible party failed to follow through on the commitment they made to ensure safety while under their watch.
