As a member of the Zarwin Baum insurance defense litigation group, Mike Dankanich handles a variety of matters including premises liability, professional malpractice, construction and products liability, and professional liability in construction matters, including architects and engineers. Mike has extensive trial practice in the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This includes approximately 20 jury trials and numerous bench trials, arbitrations and mediations.
Mike graduated from Temple University School of Law where he served as a research editor at the Law Review and authored several articles on litigation intervention and right of assembly/freedom of speech in public places.
