I hired this lawyer to represent me, the subject: The Last Will and Testament of my mother Vs the Executer of the Will. Mr Makowski failed to inform me that I had every right to Contest the Will, while he left all of the interviewing to his secretary and only showed up so that I could sign his Contra...ct regarding payment. Neither he nor she informed me that I had six months in which to CONTEST the WILLl; I only learned this after seeking another attorney, a year later, who informed me of the Statute of Limitations: when I questioned him on this, he was unaware of any Statute! Having had already gone to court with him for a Bogus "Sale" of Property, in which the Contract had been broken two weeks prior to the hearing: I feel he should have been aware of this fact, none the less, his appearance at Court cost me an additional $2,200. Evidently I hired another lawyer to represent me and the transfer of documents from one to another was costly!!
