Has no Idea what he is doing , he is lazy and dishonest . I hired Gavin in good faith for a commercial real estate transaction , we went to the meeting un prepared , the Twp called him on his in experience at the meeting , after the meeting I gave him a second chance as he assured me his contacts at ...Lukoff Engineering and Kelly Land Surveyors would get us ready for next meeting , I gave him another $500 , and $1500 when I hired Him . We missed second meeting as his contacts dropped the ball , and Gavin did also and he lied to me , He never sent out 25 letters to the neighbors letting them know of our intentions . So I fired Gavin and asked for $500 back , he refused and did nothing to earn it . Then when his engineers did finally got the work done after agreeing on a full price up front , bumped me the day before plans were do $850 dollars . And plans were all wrong and missed 4 more meetings , just fired them too. What a nightmare.
