Don't you have any court orders? You mentioned that the judge granted withholding of removal. If you have an attorney, she/he should handle the RFE...

Once you find a school, you can file for a change of status (I-539). Just make sure you file the application before your current status expires.

There are no specific guidelines. It depends on the parenting/visitation time scheduled agreed by the parties or if no agreement, the schedule...

If the judge denied your Order to Show Cause application (emergency application), then you will have to wait until the return date of the motion...

As Mr. Shusterman explained, if she enters the US on a B2 with the intent to remain permanently, she may jeopardize her green card.
