Deidre Marie Martin

My wife and I engaged the services of Deidre Martin for a real estate transaction on LBI, NJ during the fall of 2015. Although the real estate transaction was somewhat strait forward there was a level of complexity added to our closing and final negotiations due to a small tidelands encumbrance that ...existed on our property. Deidre became the tough negotiator that we needed on our side. She made sure that the seller’s attorney effectively filed the proper paperwork to apply for a tidelands grant and insisted on sufficient closing funds to be held from the seller to cover the costs of the application and related legal fees. The process to complete the grant application took over 16 months and the grant was finally recorded very recently. However without Deidre’s persistent efforts at keeping seller’s attorney working on the matter, I believe our wait would have been much, much longer. Throughout the process Deidre’s endurance was incredible. She provided my wife and me with regular updates on the process, copies of communications with the seller’s attorney, as well as any correspondence from state DEP. My wife and I highly recommend Deidre for your real estate transaction and other legal needs. She was very easy to work and communicate with and always quickly responsive to either telephone or email correspondences. Great ethics, great personality and an overall great person to work with.
