I represented the Petitioner in In the Matter of the Letter Decision of the COMMITTEE ON ATTORNEY ADVERTISING, DOCKET NO. 47-2007, 213 N.J. 171(2013), which resulted in revision to the Rules of Professional Conduct regarding use of trade names by attorneys in New Jersey.
My prior experience includes more than fourteen years as Chief Counsel to the Disciplinary Review Board of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, as well as a number of years as Deputy Ethics Counsel with the Office of Attorney Ethics, Supreme Court of New Jersey.
