Biography
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Kearns was a partner in the law firm of Kearns, Reale and Kearns, located in Willingboro, New Jersey. Before attending law school, she was a title insurance agent with a major national title insurance company. Mrs. Kearns concentrates her practice on residential real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, and guardianships, and serving clients with landlord-tenant issues. She has lectured on residential real estate practice for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. She is Vice President and a member of the Board of Trustees of South Jersey Legal Services (formerly Camden Regional Legal Services), formerly Solicitor and member of the Board of Trustees of the Burlington County United Way, and formerly a member of the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Trenton. She served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Willingboro Public Library and a member of the Willingboro Advisory Board for Providence House – Willingboro Shelter.
