I hired this man to help me in a very emotional, stressful time of my life. He came highly recommended, well I met with him, handed cash retainer and I never spoke with him, via email, phone or letters! Last I found out was my house was in Sheriff Sale, the way I found out was through the mail. He di...dn’t even have the courtesy to contact me. Interesting enough, I am sorry, I did receive a bill for a couple of hundred dollars from his office, imagine that! I did not pay and after maybe 2 months, received a letter from his office saying that they are going to remove the extra fee, they wanted to get paid for what!! I would never recommend this lawyer firm unless you have money to throw away.

I had hired Mr. Cherry primarily due to a mortgage issue. He ended up helping me with quite a few other issues that contributed to my initial need to consult with him. He and his staff well exceeded our expectations with communicating with us. There were no surprises along the way. Not only that ...... my wife has some health issues.
