I am a DWI/DUI and DRUG POSSESSION attorney practicing in all municipal courts from Ocean to Cape May and from Camden to Atlantic County. If you are charged with a DUI, DWI or DRUG possession case in NJ, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The State of NJ has the responsibility to prove your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. If you just plead guilty to any of these charges, the Judge may impose a sentence, depending on aggravating and mitigating factors that includes incarceration, substantial fines and a driver’s license suspension from 3 months to 20 years.  As a practicing attorney for 45 years in New Jersey, including several years as a Municipal Court Judge, I am familiar with and have appeared in hundreds of Courts, representing thousands of persons charged with traffic offenses and crimes.

I received my BA degree from Penn State, MA degree from Villanova University, Ph.D. from Temple University. I attended law school at Rutgers University where I was the Editor of the Law Journal. I served as a Municipal Court Judge from 1979-1984 and presided at thousands of DWI and Dru hearings.
