Ariel Eden Givner

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with someone who is supposed to be helping you in your situation not making it worse. At first everything was going good in the case I got my judgement that I needed, then after my ruling Ariel started fading away. Giving me excuses and excuses then star...ted to ignore my calls, my texts, my emails. Then kept claiming someone else was going to step in and help my case. That person was either someone fake or had no intentions of helping me at all. Then Ariel completely disappeared for about a year no contact no nothing. So I had to take matters into my own hands to find out she never filed the decision with the state. I had contacted with a legal officer from military the county to see what she did or didn’t do, well because of the incompleteness of my case I had to search around for another lawyer in that county. To my surprise it was almost impossible to find one to take my case because there was so many loose ends and missing items. Then finally she contacts me back with a sad excuse for an apology and a promise to send all information she filed, and guess what . She never did! Now it’s months of me calling and calling lawyers to find out I will not be able to collect my money owed to me due to the length of time that transpired. I am a disabled veteran who over and over again explained to her(Ariel) how important this case was to me. She did not care at all. I have talked to many people about this and heard a lot of negative things about here. So once again I trusted the wrong person and got completely destroyed. Thanks for nothing!

TLDR: Givner law is incredible and I would recommend hiring Ariel to my closest friend without reservation. I could write forever about the amazingness of Ariel and her team at Givner. She was extremely responsive, on the ball, followed up, and kicked down doors as needed. She constantly encoura...ged and assured me along the way during one of the most stressful times of my life. The matter took a few weeks to resolve and she was on top of it every moment. I was even able to text her directly when I had thoughts and ideas and she was patient in giving me a realistic perspective from the law's point of view. She is passionate about her work and even has her own podcast where she nerds-out about IP law with other nerds. Shes funny and easy to communicate with. My attorney for life
