Brian T. Reagan

I retained Brian to represent my interests in a Landlord / Tenant issue and was pleased with the outcome. Brian was well-versed in the intricacies of of the matter at hand. He clearly explained his strategy to seek resolution of the matter to my benefit and executed on that strategy. In the end, w...e achieved our goal and I received every bit of the resolution I had hoped for. Brian also presented me with a viable contingency if we were unable to get what we were looking for on the first pass. Fortunately, we did not need to go this route but it was reassuring to have a plan in place, if needed. All in all, I was well pleased with Brian service and fee.

Long story short, I was facing up to five years in prison for a third-degree felony. I posted flyers for a student group I'm a part of and the glue cost a lot of money to clean up, so they charged me with criminal mischief. Brian was very helpful in explaining how the process would work and making... sure I always knew what was going on. After I paid him, I felt like I could relax a little bit. I knew I had somebody in my corner. He was relentless with the prosecutor and the authorities. Always shooting for a dismissal - it was like he cared about the case even more than I did. Anyways, he eventually got the case downgraded to municipal court. From there, he got the charges downgraded even further to a "public ordinance" offense, which is practically one step above a traffic ticket. I thought my life was going to be ruined, but thanks to Brian, this whole ordeal was solved easily. I can move on. Can't recommend the guy enough.
