All tenants in a small apartment building stopped paying the rent. I filed eviction proceedings on behalf of the landlord. Thereafter, the tenants filed appeals and at the time, it took approximately n ... ine months to get a hearing. The landlord would have suffered severe hardship with no rent for nine months. I filed for an injunction enjoining the tenants from remaining on the premises without escrowing the rent.
