It is likely that the court will be looking to take your license for that excessive speed so I would hire an attorney.

That doesn't sound right. I would contact the court and then the mvc who may need proof that the ticket was dismissed.

A settlement was signed on 4/30/2014 for my workers compensation and I am still waiting on the accrued lump sum as of 6/19/2014.

You can not post bail annonymously. The court need a name and address so that they can return the bail money, or notify you of a forfeiture.

No. Neither your employer nor any insurance company can compel you to receive medical treatment that you do not want.
