My experience with this firm left me disappointed. While the attorneys and staff were courteous and professional in their interactions, I found communication throughout my case to be inconsistent. At times, I felt that important questions and concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, which a...dded stress to an already difficult family court matter. I invested a substantial amount of time preparing and organizing my own evidence, exhibits, timelines, and supporting documentation. Given the amount of work I contributed and the outcome of the matter, I was surprised by the extent of the legal benefits that were utilized. I later learned that multiple attorneys and a paralegal had billed time to my case. While I understand that collaboration can be necessary, I would have appreciated greater transparency regarding staffing, billing, and each person’s role in the representation. I also felt that certain critical stages of the case moved quickly, and I did not always have sufficient opportunity to fully review and discuss filings before they were submitted. As a parent involved in ongoing custody litigation, those decisions carried significant consequences and left me feeling that my concerns were not fully considered. My concerns extend beyond cost. More importantly, I did not feel consistently informed throughout the process, and that affected my confidence in the representation I received. Every client’s experience is different, but based on my experience, I would be hesitant to use this firm again for future legal matters. I would not recommend or hire this attorney.
