Following law school graduation and after clerking for the Hon. Irvin J. Snyder, JSC, I came to work in the general liabilitdue practice area of a large, well respected insurance defense firm where I gained valuable experience on my feet, in front of juries, trying cases. I handled defense of premises liability claims, auto/trucking accident claims, products liability, construction accident and construction defect matters. After five years with the firm, I decided to join The Law Office of Adam M. Kotlar, LLC, a small firm, with an emphasis on providing outstanding and aggressive legal representation to our clients. The office is a full service firm concentrating in personal injury, workers' compensation, estate planning and real estate. I have joined the firm to help strengthen i our already flourishing personal injury trial practice.

Thank you, Scott Sheldon
When our son had his car accident, Scott Sheldon handled our case. We were impressed not only by his knowledge and professionalism, but how at ease we felt speaking with him. He kept in touch with us as the case progressed until he was able to reach a resolution in our favor. I would recommend him...
"I had the pleasure to work with Scott when we were both associate attorneys at Margolis Edelstein. While we were coworkers, Scott proved to be an excellent litigator who would never avoid a difficult assignment. Since then Scott has developed into an exceptional trial attorney with superior advocacy skills. I unequivocally endorse Scott as a Personal Injury Trial Attorney."
