I called Jeffrey Dragon to help me to remove a lien off of my home because a contractor who forged my signature for 17,161.29 put a lien on my home.. Jeffrey demanded first for me to pay him 225.00 “ cash only”which was a big red flag. The 225.00 was for consultation to help me to remove the... lien. After I arrived at Jeffrey’s office he had plans to deceive me by telling me to give him 400.00 to find out all the assets the defendant had who forged my name. He deceived me by getting me to sign paperwork to search for all the defendant’s assets so he can gain more money for himself. My purpose meeting with Jeffrey and giving him 225.00 was to remove the lien.When he gave me the paperwork to sign to search for all the defendant’s assets , he was hiding part of the paperwork so I was not able to see what I had really signed. After I signed the paperwork ,I immediately asked him for a copy. He said no, he will mail it to me even though he had copy machines in his office which was another red flag.The next day, I first emailed his secretary to email me a copy of the paperwork I signed.. Because there was no response, I called his office,which was the day after I signed the paperwork., When I called his secretary, I told her to cancel the paperwork. His secretary said she first have to get PERMISSION from Jeffrey to give me a copy. ANOTHER RED FLAG. Why is that? She did not ask for permission when and how should I pay her 400.00. I can’t believe I was not allowed to see the paperwork I signed that cost me 400.00.When I asked for the 400.00 to be refunded back to me, there was again no response back. . Jeffrey would not give me my money back when I asked,. I was forced to call my credit card company to force him to refund me back my money. About a week later , Jeffrey’s secretary called me and wanted me to give Jeffrey over 200.00 for a canceled paperwork I signed and never saw because he hid it from me. Unbelievable greed.Still today, I never saw the paperwork I signed and it has been over 2 months ago. I still can’t believe he still wanted to get paid after I cancelled the paperwork which I never saw.Jeffrey was not willing to refund me all my money back.I was deceived the moment I called Jeffrey . Jeffrey should also refund me back the 225.00 “ cash only”because of his deception to gain more money for himself and I also never received help from him to remove the lien .

My husband and I needed an attorney after a tree fell on our house during a storm. We were going to go to the lawyer we used for a accident he had last year, but decided to use Jeff instead - a very good decision on our part after all. Jeff took our call late in the evening and scheduled an appointm...ent for us the next morning. (We thought we would have to wait days, if not weeks.) When we arrived at his office, we were greeted and made to feel comfortable and welcome. (A very different feel from what our last attorney made us feel like!) When Jeff saw us, we explained that the tree that feel on our sons bedroom was a point of contention for us with our next door neighbor for many years. And we knew that this may happen at some point. Well, when the tree fell (Thankfully, our son was not in his room at the time.) the tree destroyed his room, our den, and the laundry room. Our insurance company would not pay for the entirety of the repairs - saying that ti was the neighbor's responsibility - and we needed someone to help us in the legal process of fighting to get our house back in the shape it was before this uninvited guest arrived. Between both insurance company's, the neighbor, and our son having to stay in a spare bedroom, we were at the end of our rope. Jeff was able to get all the issues fixed for us - quite quickly, which surprised all of us, especially my husband. His office was able to get the insurance company's to step up and get the repairs done, and the house back to what it used to be - to our liking as well! If I ever need an attorney again, I am going to make sure to go back to Jeff. I am astounded and amazed at how well everything was handled.
