I began my current practice in Cherry Hill in 1987, but I have more than 40 years’ legal experience.

I  have in my legal practice a significant experience which many other criminal defense lawyers do not. For 12 years I served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, prosecuting bank robberies, drug distribution conspiracies, interstate theft, and such white collar offenses as tax violations, wire and mail fraud and political corruption. I am very familiar with with the practices of prosecutors, both federal and state..  

Besides criminal defense representation, I bring considerable experience in helping plaintiffs seeking compensation. I worked at a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania law firm for seven years, representing people who had been injured through medical malpractice, product defects, aircraft disasters and other negligent acts. I am also licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

I have also established relationships with many New Jersey and Pennsylvania legal professionals. Their confidence in my practice has earned me a BV® Distinguished Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®.

I am a Colonel retired, United States Army, having served approximately 28 years in the U.S. Army and the New Jersey Army National Guard. With that military experience I do represent active duty and military veterans in the criminal and administrative proceedings, such as General and Special Courts-Martials, corrections of military records, discharge upgrads. I also represent veterans with disability claims with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
