Bernard C. Devieux is a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Crowdfunding Practice Group and the Business and Corporate Law Department. His practice involves the representation of companies and entrepreneurs in a variety of transactions including fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. His prior experience also includes matters involving corporate governance, stockholder litigation, commercial finance and restructuring transactions, and bankruptcy.
Mr. Devieux graduated from Villanova University’s JD/MBA dual-degree program in 2011, and earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware in 2008. Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, he was an associate in the Wilmington, Del., offices of an international corporate law firm and a national corporate governance boutique.
