Andrew Moises Duclair

Andrew Duclair was retained for my case in February 2012, I was charged with Motor Vehicle violations in Burlington Twsp NJ. My case was just heard yesterday by the Honorable Dennis McInnerney, during these last few months Mr. Duclair intentionally dismissed the date to show up for court 3 times. Th...ere were 2 postponements, the first one to retain an attorney and one other was done by Mr. Duclairs Paralegal. The others were due to Mr. Duclair having his paralegal call the date of court and letting the clerk know Mr. Duclair would not be attending court in Burlington Twsp today. The last date prior to the court proceedings yeasterday, Mr. Duclair did not appear and the Judge found Andrew Duclair in contempt and was going to sanction this man. During the case yesterday Mr. Duclair did nothing other than having one of the charges dismissed and instructed me what the judge was going to do after Andrew spoke to the prosecutor. The prosecutor mentioned to Mr. Duclair that he was disrespectful toward the court by not showing to court and she was not very cooperative because of it.
