Biography
Prior to forming AldrichEgg LLC, Thomas was a partner in a boutique law firm dedicated to representing hedge funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in the assignment of syndicated loans, private securities and bankruptcy trade claims. Thomas' practice has included representing companies and individuals in complex matters involving asset sales, employment discrimination, contract disputes, commercial litigation, construction claims and intellectual property issues. Thomas' clientele has included sophisticated global financial institutions, international air carriers, small business owners and individuals. Thomas has argued before the Superior Court of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of New York.
Prior to practicing law, Thomas was a foreign currency trader with a privately-held Swiss bank.
Thomas received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Thomas graduated from the University of Colorado - Boulder with a B.S. in Finance.
Thomas is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
