I had a great experience with Mr. Graves. He came highly recommended by a close friend. This was my first time needing an attorney so I was nervous and had lots of questions. I got a good feeling about Mr. Graves when I sat down to talk with him about my case. He has a pleasant demeanor, is a good ...listener, makes eye contact (which I found reassuring and comforting) and I always found him to be professional, confident and extremely prepared, especially for court. He kept me updated on everything and returned my phone calls promptly, which I definitely appreciated. He was happy to meet with me whenever I wanted to discuss something with him in person. I appreciated his honesty with the advice and recommendations he made because it allowed me to make smart and informed decisions. One more thing - if you’re going to trial (which we did), you will be relieved to find that John is gifted in the courtroom. He definitely knows his way around the courtroom and I enjoyed watching him cross examine the other side.
