Biography
Joe B. Truland Jr. graduated from Seton Hall University in 1989 and Seton Hall University School of Law in 1992. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
His practice includes all aspects of criminal law, including DWI, traffic offenses, superior and municipal court criminal cases, expungements, and appeals, as well as Motor Vehicle Commission issues and hearings. Mr. Truland handles all of the DWI related matters for the firm, and has several published case law opinions regarding these matters. He has experience handling many case types. I would not recommend
I called Joe Truland for a free consultation asking him multiple questions about a traffic offense. His behavior and response was very rude. Replied last December 10, 2020This young woman called me on a Sunday and I spoke with her for 20 minutes. She called one month later on my cell phone, which I called her from. She has multiple tickets, about 18 points with probable suspension. I told her my opinion as to outcome. She told me then that she was given the same offer. I told her she should go back and take it, as it was a great deal and not waste money on a lawyer. I was doing her a big favor with free advice, twice, and trying not to take her money.
