I concentrate my practice in the area of domestic and international Intellectual Property law, patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, opinions on patentability, invalidity, and right to use, litigation support and counseling companies in connection with securing and expanding intellectual property rights worldwide. I specialize in providing strategic and commercial counseling to leverage intellectual property strategies and to maximize and achieve business objectives.
I had corporate experience with a major multinational consumer products company, where I was involved with the preparation and global prosecution of all patent applications for a single product category, management of invention record prioritization and annuity reviews, conducting patentability, validity, infringement and clearance investigations, and preparation of all intellectual property related agreements.
