Brielle Marie Tavaglione

Brielle M. Perelli, Esq. is an associate at the Bianchi Law Group, LLC. As such, Brielle Perelli handles all the criminal defense matters, municipal court matter, domestic violence matters, personal injury and civil litigation matters at the firm.  Brielle manages her own case load for clients and was trained by both Robert A. Bianchi, Esq., former Head County Prosecutor,  and David J. Bruno, Esq., FOrmer Assistant Prosecutor, both Certified Criminal Trial Attorneys.

Brielle Perelli has experience managing cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, in various legal fields, including, but not limited to, personal injury defense, complex commercial litigation and employment law. Ms. Perelli also has experience in general aspects of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings, conducting written and oral discovery, fact and expert depositions, and pre-trial motion practice.

In 2012, Brielle Perelli litigated a personal injury case on behalf of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority before a jury trial in Union County Superior Court, as well as conducted direct and cross-examinations of witnesses.

Previously, Brielle Perelli was an associate at a large New Jersey firm comprised of over 120 attorneys, where she was an associate in the civil litigation department.

During Brielle Perelli’s time at Seton Hall University School of Law, she participated in The Juvenile Justice Clinic during her third year during which she had the opportunity to represent various juveniles at sentencing hearings in the Essex County Family Division of Superior Court, located in Newark, New Jersey.

In addition, during Brielle Perelli’s education at Seton Hall University of Law, she interned with the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable William G. Bassler, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. During her internship, she prepared decision on various cases, including appeals from the OAL on disability benefits.
