Ami Foger practices in Sherman Wells’ Corporate Law Group. Ami regularly advises clients in various industry sectors, including consumer products, apparel, food services, energy, pharmaceuticals and technology on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property, data security, commercial contracts and general corporate matters.

• Commercial Contracts: Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating varying agreements, including trademark license agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, employment agreements and professional services agreements.

• Mergers and Acquisitions: Advises clients in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.  Ami has been involved in a variety of M&A transactions, ranging from sales of closely-held family businesses to transactions involving large multinational companies. 

• Data Security and Advanced Technologies: Represents start-ups, emerging growth and middle market companies in a number of industries on matters relating to privacy and data security. Experienced in drafting website terms of use and privacy policies, negotiating software development and license agreements and advising on laws and best practices relating to consumer directed technologies and media (e.g., websites, software, mobile applications, social media sweepstakes, and mobile marketing campaigns).

• General Corporate: Regularly counsels clients regarding entity formation, organization, and governance matters.
