Biography
I am the founder of the Di Lauri & Hewitt Law Group. While I am experienced in all aspects of litigation, I devote a substantial amount of my practice to personal injury/insurance defense, commercial litigation, contract disputes and criminal law/municipal court matters.
I routinely advises property owners, property managers, general contractors, and subcontractors in New Jersey and New York state courts on the exposure they face in commercial general liability, premises liability, negligence, construction accident, and fall-down accident matters. I also have extensive experience in property management contract interpretation and negotiation.
Prior to forming the Di Lauri & Hewitt Law Group, I worked at an insurance defense firm and as a claims analyst at a major insurance company. These experiences provided me with the knowledge and strategic know-how to best serve my client’s needs.
