Marc Jay Brenner

A friend of mine highly recommended Mr. Brenner when I mentioned I was disabled and trying to obtain Social Security Disability Benefits. He had won her case for her. I had been turned down by Social Security once, so I called Marc to see if he could help. We had a consultation and began working tog...ether. He guided me as far as what documents to get to him, and what other steps to take. We met periodically as the case went forward and my trial came closer. He was with me all the way at my first trial (the vocational expert did not show up, so we had to have another trial), and helped me keep my spirits up as the next trial was delayed 2-3 times, due to scheduling problems on behalf of the judge. We finally had my trial in December 2016, and later that month, I learned that we had won the case. I never could have done this without him. Marc's demeanor is no-nonsense, professional, and he is an extremely determined, but also compassionate, person. I would highly recommend him to anyone, for any legal matter.

Mr. Brenner was extremely knowledgeable in the area of law applicable to our situation, and had much experience in the disability process. He clearly spelled out what we should expect, what was needed from us, and helped us to compile all the necessary information. He was very reliable and responsive..., always returning our calls and keeping us abreast of the status of our case. It was clear he was dedicated to attaining the best possible outcome for us. I am glad we had Mr. Brenner in our corner.
