Megan Elizabeth Clark

Megan Clark Mackie, Esq. was admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey in 2006.  She has a variety of litigation and mediation experience at the State and Federal Court levels.  In 2009, Megan served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert J. Gilson, J.S.C. in the Sussex County Superior Court, Family Part.  Since that time, she has focused her legal practice exclusively on family law matters, including issues of divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, enforcement and modification of interstate custody and child support Orders, domestic violence (including municipal Court and contempt charges), child abuse and neglect and appeals. 

Megan serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Sussex County, to assist litigants in settling contested divorce and post-judgment issues.  She is a member of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Sussex County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.  She also regularly volunteers her time at Project Self Sufficiency in Newton, New Jersey, offering free family law consultations and hosting family law seminars on issues of divorce, custody, support and equitable distribution. 

Megan is a 1998 graduate of Sparta High School.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Boston College in 2002 and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006.  She currently resides with her husband in Sparta, New Jersey.
