I HIRED her as a real estate attorney. She was hostile - SPECIFICALLY - she was unwilling to act politely and basically told me to fix the issues with the house myself after I had paid her. I had to go elsewhere. I have emails, witnesses and call logs. It was extremely upsetting during an especi...ally stressful and costly time and I didn’t need to hear that while I’m trying to close on a house where countless problems with the structure were uncovered. I do not recommend! This review is from my experience last year. I have receipts and emails and phone logs, so yes, this is the absolute correct attorney. To say I’m wasn’t a client is fanning the flames of the fire and completely and grotesquely unprofessional.

Had a house closing that kept getting delayed due to Mortgage Company dragging their feet. Gwendolyn hung in there and kept explaining my rights to me so I could make the best decision possible in selling my home. She also kept contacting the other parties to get status on a regular basis and made ...sure I was in the loop. It took 3 months, a "Time is Of the Essence" submission and her constant attention, but we finally closed. So happy that she was on my side - looking out for my best interests and explaining everything to me. She was extremely patient and gladly explained any questions that my husband or I had.

Gwendolyn was the lawyer for my first home purchase.
