Steven Harlan Wolff

Mr. Wolff was hired to handle a very simple divorce proceeding. A retainer fee agreement was signed and he was given a retainer fee. Due to not being happy with his services he was asked to immediately cease and desist all work on our file. I immediately asked for an accounting of our original retai...ner fee and felt his charges were not only false but unethical as well. Mr. Wolff was asked to return at least half of our original retainer, as we felt that was all that was owed and he refused. As a concerned consumer, I would advise any one that agrees to a retainer agreement with Mr Wolff to get a DAILY accounting from his office to ensure that no over charging is done.
