In September 2011, James M. DeStefano joined Einhorn Harris Ascher Barbarito and Frost in the Matrimonial and Family Law department. He came to the firm after serving as law clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.S.C. in the Sussex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part.
While attending New York Law School, from which he graduated in 2010, Mr. DeStefano served as an intern for The Honorable Jessica R. Mayer, J.S.C., in the Middlesex County Support Court, Law Division, Civil Part, in 2008. He also worked for Legal Services of New Jersey as a student lawyer from 2009 to 2010 where he worked with victims of domestic violence.
