I highly recommend Art Gusoff as a real estate attorney in NJ. First, he represented my mother's estate when selling her former house. It went very smoothly. More recently, he represented me while purchasing a house that was both new construction and foreclosed by the bank. From the start, he was... looking out for my best interests. Who would snow plow the roads since they weren't turned over to the town yet? He got the bank to agree in writing to plow. The home inspection found a few items, and despite the sale being 'as-is', we requested the items to repaired, and were happily surprised when the bank agreed. All the title work and surveys were also done. From start to finish, we closed this unique transaction in less than 60 days. My realtor, who deals with lots of lawyers, also praised him as one of the best she's dealt with. I'll definitely use Art G the next time as well!
