My goal as your divorce attorney is to guide you to a fair and equitable resolution while helping you recognize that life can be "normal" again. For the last 34 years, I have built a solid foundation specializing in Matrimonial and Family Law. The expertise I have developed allows me to successfully negotiate, resolve and/or when necessary, litigate matters efficiently and effectively. I am results-driven and strive to maintain civil legal discourse with adversaries in order to build proactive and productive communication. I believe in protecting not only my client’s financial assets but also their emotional assets and work hard to be available to answer questions or concerns as they arise. Effectively dealing with the anxiety inherent in Family law matters requires open and easy communication which I believe is key to building the level of trust required for a successful and professional attorney-client relationship.
My 34 years of experience includes all aspects of Family Law, including but not limited to: Divorce, Alimony, Child support, Custody and Visitation, Modification and Enforcement of Existing Orders, Mediation Services, Domestic Violence, Pre and Post-nuptial Agreements, Adoption, Pro-Se Assistance, Arbitration.
