I hired her for an immigration case and at the beginning she was dedicated, during the second stage of the process while dealing with the us embassy she didn't keep us informed and didn't answer my calls or emails for weeks. Upon contacting the embassy by phone I learned that certain information wa...s missing when my file was sent.
