Chad Lewis Weiss

Some of Chad's educational highlights include:

• Graduate with a Life Science degree fromPenn State University, 2000
• Earned his paralegal certificate from Montclair State University, 2003
• Graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Juris Doctor 2008

Chad is licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and Florida.

During his third year of law school, He was a certified legal intern for the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. After law school, Mr. Weiss was an associate at the Law Offices of Emery Z. Toth, Esq. Following his employment with the Law Offices of Emery Z. Toth, Esq., Mr. Weiss was employed as an associate at Gutterman, Markowitz & Klinger.

While at Gutterman, Markowitz & Klinger, Mr. Weiss defended various insurance companies and NJPLIGA in PIP arbitrations for the payment of medical benefits.  He was also tasked with representing insurance companies and NJPLIGA in lawsuits for PIP benefits which included preparing answers, preparing discovery responses, and filing motions for summary judgment on behalf of the insurance carriers.

At Ghabour Law, Mr. Weiss handles personal injury and workers' compensation matters and civil cases.

Outside of the office, Chad serves his family as a loving husband and father.
