John J. Hopkins III

John J. Hopkins, III, is both a trial attorney and business attorney.  His legal strengths are enhanced by the ability to read and interpret financial information within and associated with the case.  This tends to enhance outcomes in divorce, estate litigation and calculations of damages in other litigation.

Mr. Hopkins started his career as a CPA.  He has been licensed as a CPA in both New York and New Jersey.  The work diversity in his CPA practice extended from accounting for family businesses to audits of large corporations and Securities and Exchange Commission  filings.  After seven years in the field, Mr. Hopkins changed directions attended law school at Seton Hall University while continuing with his accounting practice.  Mr. Hopkins obtained law licenses in both Pennsylvankia and New Jersey.  However, he does not extend his practice into Pennsylvania.  He is admitted to the District Court of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court.
