Kimberly Louise Gozsa

I hired Kim Gozsa of Levinson & Axelrod in January 2015 to represent my wife who injured herself badly in a slip & fall due to gross negligence. Kim was nice enough to come to our house for the initial consultation since my wife was incapacitated at the time...and even brought coffee! She was very ...compassionate and understanding and vowed to do everything in her power to make sure we were rightfully compensated. This was a difficult case because one of the defendants was an organization protected by Charitable Immunity. Nevertheless, Kim started building a case bit by bit. No detail was left out.
