Monica Natalie Stahl

Ms. Stahl focuses her practice on complex areas of energy, environmental and infrastructure in transactional matters. She focuses primarily on pipeline law, environmental law, and eminent domain, as well as project planning and consulting for large-scale, linear construction projects. Ms. Stahl helps clients to navigate through the various, and often times overlapping, environmental regulatory schemes, including, but not limited to, the Green Acres diversion regulations, conservation restrictions and Farmland Preservation programs.

Ms. Stahl also manages the review and revision of title work, drawings and appraisals for real estate acquisitions (through negotiation and condemnation) in connection with linear projects.
