Just turned 65yo; rec'd NJ teacher's licenses in '70 2 teach secondary English/French; arrest record=no convictions; concerned.

As long as as the fine for the ordinance was all paid off at least two years ago, you should be able to have your arrests (but not traffic tickets)...
