Robert Carter Pierce

Robert C. Pierce was retained by our family to represent our son in a matter before the appellate court in Newark. After sitting through other cases scheduled that day, listening to long winded "meandering" orations by other attournies, I was impressed by Robert , whose focused impactful presentatio...n showed a command of the facts in our son's case. We had received his written appeal document several months before the case was heard, and the research in that document was of high quality. In the courtroom, his presentation followed the written appeal closely and the presiding panel of Judges asked insightful questions showing that they were following the argument . The longer winded attournies seemed to not elicit the same reaction from the bench. Note that we are still awaiting the Court's decision . My decision to write this review is based soley on Mr. Pierce's dillegence and skill in writing the appeal, and his coutroom oration skills.
