I have been an attorney for over 37 years. The vast majority of that practice has been primarily family law. My practice areas include divorce and separation, settlements and trials, mediation and arbitration, child custody and parenting time, child support,  emancipation, alimony, division of property, same sex marriage and divorce, change in circumstances applications, domestic violence, grandparental rights, contempt hearings, paternity, name changes, out of state relocation of children, termination of parental rights,   prenuptial agreements,  adult guardianships, appeals and emergent applications. I have been a Matrimonial Early Settlement panelist in Morris, Esssex and Union Counties for over twenty (20) years. I have been a Blue Ribbon panelist for high asset and complex family law cases. I was peer selected as a Super Lawyer from 2014 to present.  I have been appointed by the Court as a guardian ad litem in contested and uncontested probate matters. I am also on the Court roster of mediators for economic aspects of family law cases in Monmouth and Morris Counties. I am also a committee member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's "Putting Lawyers First" task force.
