Physician

I have worked with Mr. Weisberg on many occasions. He is extremely comprehensive and responsive. I have observed on many occasions how much his clients appreciate his approach and the care and concern he has for them.

Plea bargain lawyer(won't fight for you)

I use this lawyer twice . Couldn't understand why he all ways want to plea . When the facts are there to beat the case. Second time around I wasn't going for the plea for a little time . He had the nerve to come with me to turn my self in. Then instead of talking to the cops in front of me, they step... off in secret. Then they come back laughing . I ask what did he say about my charges. He brushed me off. Told me he was going on vacation and I will be in jail for a while. I felt disappointed again and questioned my self on using this lawyer again , when I wasn't satisfied the first time. I went to jail. He went to Hawaii. I made a phone call to my wife who x brother is a attorney up north . I hired him and was out in 2 weeks and eventually charges dismissed. Your boy Adam left me to hang like he did the first time. Monmouth county lawyers take your money to plea bargain. They and he won't work for you. On my first case , Adam had the nerve to help the prosecutors find a lesser charge instead of having it dismiss.

I have to comment on this review because the facts stated by this person are not true. First of all, this client used our services three times, not twice. If we are so horrible, then we have to wonder why would he keep coming back to our office. He fails to state that the first case was dismissed, and on the second case, we kept him out of prison when he punched a 3 year old while attacking the child's father (who was holding the child) in a small room in front of several witnesses. On his third case, he talks about me going away. I disclosed this to him, but he insisted that I take the case when I return. I did so out of loyalty. He states I spoke with the police in secret. He knows I spoke with the police about his medications. He fails to disclose that I investigated the case and followed up on his lead to question a witness as to where the drugs were. I recorded that witness interview whereas the client was exonerated, and the new lawyer from up North was given this information by us. This was the basis for dismissal of the third case. This man wasn't left hanging by anyone.

Needed help in a hurry.

Adam Weisberg is by far one of the best lawyers I've ever worked with. He supports his clients with thoughtful, thorough, and, most importantly, practical legal advice. He is responsive to clients and has the amazing ability to convert complex legal issues into terms that anyone can understand. I wou...ld highly recommend Adam and his team for their efficiency, responsiveness, and practical wisdom.

Lawyer Review

Adam was very helpful in my case and I'm very grateful for everything he did. Without Adam my situation would have been a lot worse. He was always available when I needed him and returned every phone call if he wasn't available at that time. Extremely happy I chose him to be my lawyer and I would rec...ommend him to anyone facing criminal charges.

Sound Advice, Great Relationship, Intelligent Representation

We used Adam on the sale of our house. We relocated, and needed a local attorney to handle the transaction. Adam was our saving grace. You always hope for the best, but prepare for the worse in any transaction. Well, we would not have been prepared for the hassles that we encountered. Adam overc...ompensated for our realtor that did not seem to always be ready at the table. Adam was always the one to cut through the emotions, unreasonable expectations and get to business. We always felt he had our best interest represented at all times. He uses common sense and legal expertise to define and reach the best solution. He understands time is money, and gives immediate attention. One of the things I like best was his approachability and down to earth attitude. There was no arrogance in dealing with him or his support team. I highly recommend Adam Weisberg.
