Liam was a very big disappointed. Prior to him switching to family law, he was practicing personal injury; our case. He came to our house and sold us on his taking pride in constantly updating and ability to move quickly in the legal process. None of this was further from the truth. In one year, he t...ook four vacations and never updated us without us harping on him. The paperwork was available to him by us from the various insurance companies and doctors and he still felt the need to drag his feet by requesting his own copies of the exact same material, thus increasing his billing hours and materials which took over six months to obtain. We got the same paperwork in one 5 minute phone call. In the end, he never filed and abruptly told us he was moving into the family law practices. That should immediately be a concern for any client thinking about hiring this lackadaisical attorney. He accomplished nothing any non-law practicing person could have done. Had it not been for him dropping the case at the last minute to inform us that he was moving to family law and us getting a new attorney, we would have missed our filing date. Luckily, we found a competent attorney that was able to handle the filing and able to do so in less than a month. Just in case you think this is a biased review, my father is a real estate attorney and my brother is a taxation attorney, both of whom are ABA members.
