Top Shelf & Precedent Setting Attorney

Mr. Gruen represented me as Special Counsel in a Chapter 13 adversary proceeding contesting the enforceability of a mortgage on my home. He won the case and set precedent concerning the Statute of Limitations under the Fair Foreclosure Act. The decision was reported on the front page of The Rec...ord. The Bank/Servicer filed an appeal of the decision and he is representing me in the appeal. Charlie has extensive experience in complex commercial matters and the highest integrity. I can vouch for his integrity because he normally represents banks/creditors but took my case based on the law and merits of my case. I recommend him without qualification.
