So I hired MR. McNamara to handle a very sensitive situation amongst me and my ex. My visitational rights with my children were stripped from me (by her not the courts). The chips were stacked against me as my ex had what I like to refer to as fake proof. Granted, I didn’t have much going for me on m...y end in my case. I was assured by Mr.McNamara the first day I spoke with him that I might have to jump through some hoops, but I would in fact have my parental time again with my children. He did not disappoint! Like I said he did not disappoint! Now I enjoy the weekends with my baby’s and life seems way less chaotic/stressful and no longer have the worry of the unknown of not seeing my children again. At the same time do not be fooled, if you have a solid foundation of evidence (unlike me) he has zero issues taking it to the courts to prove your point.
