Biography
Robert B. Kornitzer brings over two decades of family law experience to your case. A past Founder and Chair of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden's Family Law Group, he brings expertise in all aspects of family law including divorce litigation, mediation, arbitration, post-judgment litigation, custody, relocation, domestic violence, premarital agreements, assets protection agreements, grandparents rights, spousal and child support. Robert was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney and has also been named as a Court-Appointed Discovery Master.
Robert was ranked by Best Lawyers in the 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions for Family Law, Family Law Arbitration and Family Law Mediation for his outstanding achievements within his practice. He was recognized with the American Bar Association Military Pro Bono Project Outstanding Services Award for his pro bono services for active members of the military. Robert has appeared on national TV with interviews by Access Hollywood regarding "Halle Berry's child support", and has been interviewed by NJTV News regarding Religious Divorce and by Channel 12 regarding a variety of family law issues.
